Sounds like a good idea. It can even be helpful for new PEAR developers to
get an idea of how a good package should work. Perhaps adding a few dummy
tests in both phpt and PHPUnit as well is useful. PEAR_ExamplePackage is
perhaps a better name if the purpose of the package is extended to what I
proposed.
