I had no problem manually generating API docs for the current CVS of
Auth_HTTP, nor for the code in the RELEASE_2_1_5 and RELEASE_2_1_4 tags
(there is no tag for 2.1.6). So, I can't see any reason why these docs
aren't generated.
I had better troubleshooting luck with PHP_Parser. A few minor XML typos in
the one tutorial file was enough to kill PhpDocumentor's attempt to run its
docs. I opened bug #13224 on it and attached a patch that solves the
problem.
