i was using odbc for the first time with PEAR today and since i was
not familiar with odbc before it took me a while to figure out, that
connecting via odbc doesnt require a host
DB::connect( 'odbc://user:pass@dbname' );
as i.e. for mysql
DB::connect( 'mysql://user:pass@host/dbname' );
may be it would be a good idea to put this hint in the docs, i didnt
find it in there
or is this not the normal behaviour?
