Hi all, Perharps you've already noticed that I've planned to release a new version in April (26 days left). This version will include a CLI clone like of phpinfo(). See my own request [1] I will release a first alpha version (1.8.0a1) before end of this day, and I will really appreciate to have some feedback/comments before the final stable release (deadline: 2008-04-18). I will also complete the PEAR Manual in next days, but now here is a resume of options available : Usage: pearinfo [options]
  -pd --php-dir (optional)value     PEAR directory ()
  -uc --usr-cfg (optional)value     User Configuration File ()
  -sc --sys-cfg (optional)value     System Configuration File ()
-hp --http-proxy (optional)value HTTP Proxy Server Address ()
  -a --all (optional)value Display informations for installed
                                    packages (4095)
  -A --allchannels List packages from all channels, not
                                    just the default one
  -c  --channel (optional)value     Specify which channel ()
  -V  --version                     Print version information
  -h  --help                        Show this help
As in PEAR_Info class constructor, you may specify : (if you have auto-detect problem (see FAQ), or want to give another installation parameters)
- a PEAR directory     => -pd
- a user config file => -uc - a system config file => -sc - Details you want to have on console output => -a follow by value of PEAR_INFO_* constants (see PEAR_Info options in manual [2]) Example: I want only version of all my installed packages in default pear channel pearinfo --all 512 Equivalent in Web SAPI to $options = array('resume' => PEAR_INFO_PACKAGES_VERSION
                   'channels' => array('pear.php.net'));
- a single channel, or a list of channels (comma separate) => -c channel1[,channel2] Examples: pearinfo --channel pear.php.net,pear.phpunit.de pearinfo --channel pear.phpunit.de Default behavior is pearinfo --channel pear.php.net Have a nice easter egg days !
