Maintenance over 2 packages

Hi everyone, Walter Hop was in contact with David Mertens the maintainer of Payment_Clieop about taking the package over, David agreed to that and also told him that he'd like someone else to take over Crypt_RC4 and Math_Basex if possible, so if anyone wants to take over those packages then please go ahead! :) He also noted that he'd be fine with any kind of license changes, Stefan Walk did some changes in the Math package so we have to hear from him (want to take over the package Stefan ? :)) and Klaus did a commit to RC4 (Want to take over the package Klaus ? :D) Anyway I just wanted to give people heads up and hopefully we can find new maintainers for those packages. Sorry if I sent this 3 times or something, lists.php.net is being pissy at me it seems. Regards Helgi
