Bug accounts and people with problems because of them

Hi everyone, Given we've had a lot of people complaining about not being able to verify them selfs and what not then I want to give out little tips that would greatly help me, greg and others to fix the issues for the particular user. Ask them about their handle and also ask if they can login in. Knowing if they already have a user that works gets rid of couple of query checking for me in the db by hand and knowing the handle already is even a greater help :-) There seems to be a bug where people actually get verified but the actual bug does not get updated, thus I've had to go in and copy paste some info.
