Just some info about the problem, and reason of bug fix in two commit step (in next minutes) : - commit one : CompatInfo.php v1.94 bug fix 13873 related only to function_exists() usage but this bug is largest than just function_exists() conditional code usage. See also extension_loaded() and defined() On version 1.7.0, I catched only hardcoded name of function, extension or constant in encapsed string such as : if (function_exists('db_connect')) { } if (extension_loaded('mysql')) { } and not as found on bug 13873 example (see BehiveForum distrib) if (isset($forum_self_clean_functions_array[$forum_self_clean_function]) && function_exists($forum_self_clean_functions_array[$forum_self_clean_function])) {
    return $forum_self_clean_functions_array[$forum_self_clean_function]();
} - commit two : CompatInfo.php v1.95 will fix the same problem for extension_loaded() and defined() usage Laurent Laville a écrit :
Hello all, A bug [1] about function_exists usage found yesterday has took my attention. I consider this bug as a serious problem . So I'll release a critical bug fix release in 5 days. Just to let me (and I hope also to all PCI users) a chance to have a large test on lot of situation . Of course you're welcome to test the CVS version (available in next minutes/hour) as much as possible to try to find a new nasty bug (other condition I don't have seen yet).
