Weekly reminder: The deadline for nominations for the upcoming PEAR Group Election is Saturday, May 31st, 2008. If you want to run for a spot in the Group, please nominate yourself on pear-dev@lists.php.net. More details about the election can be found in http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.php.pear.devel/45485.
By way of this, I'd like to declare that I won't seek re-election to the Group. It's been great to be a part of the inaugural Group under the new PEAR constitution, but my obligations are such that I'm unable to commit the time commensurate with the responsibilities of Group membership. Thanks, everyone, and good luck to all the candidates. :-) -- pmj
