I read a bit mor of code. The "int"-part can be deleted.
a few lines under the diffed code you have to change
an if-block.
... if(in_array($soapval->type), array_keys(...),TRUE)) ...
I think base64Binary should be decoded by the class.
Sounds logic to me, because the Application is normally
interessted in the value not in the encoding...
