Hello all,
Sorry for spamming pear-dev, but it's the best source I've found for my
question (not a big IRC user or anything): I'm looking to contribute to PEAR
and was curious where the critical opportunities are, not just the
trivial...
Is it in new packages? If so, is there a running list of such needs?
There's certainly a large base of released and even more proposed packages,
so is there an easy way to ensure we're contributing the most critical
packages?
Is it in fixing bugs? Is there somewhere that indicates which bugs are most
critical to fix?
Is it maintaining existing packages? Are there packages really hurting for
an update, maybe because other packages are dependant on them?
Or is this just an active discussion that takes place somewhere like on this
mailing list or IRC?
Thanks in advance for your time and support, and again, sorry if this is a
totally inappropriate question for this channel!
