I recently wished to submit a patch to Payment_Process to include CURL
options, so I could disable SSL certificates. I created this bug:
http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=14439 ,
which kinda went wrong because
when I clicked Submit it said I didn't have permissions, but created the
bug. I actually create #14440 because I clicked it again :(, hope I didn't
break anything. I clicked the "Submit a Patch" and it said the same thing,
but didn't display the interface (I assume exists) to post the patch. I
posted the patch as a comment, is this how it works or do I not have
something I should?
Cheers,
Kristopher Ives
