That doc is more of a brain dump at this point, so it is still very much a work-in-progress. We are still working on how to address all of the concerns to make sure we are taking advantage of namespaces rather that just reacting to them by doing a s/_/::/g throughout the code. Once we have zeroed more closely on what we'd like to propose, you'll definitely see an email (or two or three) on pear-dev so we can hash out any final details. -T
