Pre-Proposal

Hello, I'm currently developing a PageRank-calculator in PHP in my free time, and I'd like to propose it in PEAR, but before I need to clean some doubts, my question may be so stupid, so I ask apologize to the folk. The class right now work for a single-process, but I'm starting to-do it parallel (multiple process spread on different machines). Since the PageRank calculation wouldn't be useful be useful for many people, just a small set of developer, and may be some companies, what the PEAR folk things about the project?
