Hey,
I've read this page...
http://wiki.pear.php.net/index.php/PEAR2_Exception_Policy
Now, my question is, since PEAR2 is still a few weeks away, what keeps
us from PEAR_Exception2 in the meantime?
Reason why I ask is because the PEAR package itself is pretty hefty
and I imagine that a lighter PEAR_Exception2 package would sometimes
come in handy. This "package" could be really simple extending
Exception with no other dependencies. Packages using it would just
extend it - so basically just like PEAR_Exception, but bundled on its
own.
I hope I am not re-iterating on something that has been discussed (and
beaten to death :-)) before. I couldn't find a reference, etc..
Cheers,
Till
