Hello all,
I've recently receive a bug report [1] from William Meleyal about PHP_CompatInfo, who can not parse (currently with version 1.8.0) the Kohana PHP Framework v2.2 [2].
After a little analysis, the problem came from a file with a strange syntax (for me).
The file "javascript" from the gmail module [3] has a syntax that I have some difficulty to understand.
If someone could explain me I'll be happy !
Here are a bit of the code (syntax) that I cannot understand
<?php echo $center, "\n" ?>
A patch is on way to fix the PHP_CompatInfo parser and bug #14696
Laurent

The full code of "javascript.php" is :
google.load("maps", "2.x", {"language" : "<?php echo substr(Kohana::config('locale.language.0'), 0, 2);?>"});
function initialize() {
if (GBrowserIsCompatible()) {
// Initialize the GMap
<?php echo $map, "\n" ?>
<?php echo $controls, "\n" ?>
<?php echo $center, "\n" ?>
<?php echo $options->render(1), "\n" ?>
// Build custom marker icons
<?php foreach($icons as $icon): ?>
<?php echo $icon->render(1), "\n" ?>
<?php endforeach ?>
// Show map points
<?php foreach($markers as $marker): ?>
<?php echo $marker->render(1), "\n" ?>
<?php endforeach ?>
}
}
google.setOnLoadCallback(initialize);
