Yeah, I was thinking that maybe PEAR2 should use git instead since it allows multiple branching and I feel that that somehow could speed up development! I think is nice that PEAR2 will be mounted on SVN!Fair enough, but migrating a project is easy enough, for now you shouldn't be too concerned about the technology behind your code hosting if you have no peticular reasons of holding a grudge or not liking a certain software. CVS has been proven to work fine but yes, most people are moving to SVN, GIT so are we with PEAR2.Just out of curiosity, what is it that you hate so much about CVS or that you can't do with it for hosting a package?Nope, I didn't mean to say that I hate it that much but somehow I feel that developers are moving towards subversion and leaving cvs behind so I kind of want to stick to that.
how about "File_CSV_Reader" ? thanks for the info on the svn! It's the official SVN repository for PEAR2. You can email Joshua Eichorn to request some access but for now, File_CSV has a lot to offer and is in CVS. To be honest CVS is a bit slow but a very solid product. No wonder why so many open source projects used/are still using it. Hope this helps you a bit :)We have svn hosting at http://svn.pear.php.netI didn't know about this svn repo, what is it for?
