Hello to all,
I am developing a PEAR package to interact with a brazilian payment gateway
called "Pagamento Certo".
The package will be freely available (didn't think of a license yet), and I
was wondering if the official PEAR channel would be a good choice for
publishing it.
The problem is that the package is useful only to brazilian developers, so
I'm not sure if it fits in the scope of pear.php.net.
What do you think about it? Would it be interesting if I submit a proposal
(when it's finished) or should I release the package independently (but
still in the PEAR format)?
