You'll need to create a package.xml file, create package using pear
package package.xml and then upload it to the pear website:
1) http://pear.php.net/manual/en/guide.developers.package2.php
2) pear package package.xml
3) upload your newly created tgz package using:
http://pear.php.net/release-upload.php

http://svn.pear.php.net . We already have SVN, as I told you
before
just ask Joshua Eichorn about access.
