Hi everyone,
I'd like to request that people start testing PEAR package seriously
on PHP 5.3 so we can iron out any issues before it goes stable.
Anyone that can run a test suite for their favourite package or a
package your developed on as many different platform as possible and
report any bugs to the bug report section for the package on
pear.php.net or to bugs.php.net if it's genuinely a PHP bug.
Also, anyone with a continues integration system - please please
switch it over to 5.3 or at least run it with other PHP versions that
you have going.
Lets try to work together on making PEAR ready as possible for 5.3 -
All assistance will be greatly appreciated and remember, trying things
out now will only make your migration to 5.3 that much easier :-)
