Hello!
I've made changes to Event_Dispatcher package and would like to release it
as Event_Dispatcher2
the reason for name change is because it's php5 code.
Changes I've make - private/protected/public keywords, type hinting, code
cleanup,
and most importantly it now implements SplSubject interface
It's still backward-compatable with Event_Dispatcher but only for those who
are using the current package with php5
The link to "New maintainer guide" on https://pear.php.net/pepr/ is broken,
so there is no way to find our how to propose a new package.
Basically I would also like to release another totally new package I wrote -
a cache framework. I am looking for co-developers for that package who can
write test cases (I am not good at writing tests.)
and to implement back-end cache class for APC and Cache_Lite. I already
wrote backend classes to use memcache and memcached
How can I submit my proposed packages?
