Hello!
I wrote a new package using pear coding standards and want to submit it for
proposal
Why can't I submit it using PEPs interface here:
http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-edit.php
It shows an error: ERROR:
- Insufficient Privileges
Can someone help me? My account name of pear is 'snytkine' (without quotes)
