Hi all, I want to know if someone else has encountered the same problem as me (on windows). I get the same problem whatever package I used. I've also tried with PEAR_PackageUpdate Helgi it's not restricted to PHP_CompatInfo (in answer to your post of 04-25: sorry to reply later but I saw it only today) Thanks in advance if someone may help me to investigate deeper in this strange behavior. Before I decided either to use only the "file" plugin that work for me, or come back to previous version PEAR_PackageFileManager 1.6.3 that work fine for me on two plugins (file, and cvs). Regards [1] http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=16111Is there any windows users of PEAR_PAckageFileManager (PFM) ? Either : 1 - PFM users used only linux 2 - all windows users are gone in hollidays at once 3 - windows users are too shy to talk I confirm that there is a bug with PFM plugin 1.0.0 and CVS I've investigated a bit since version PFM 1.6.3 that work fine for me, and I found source of problem. Helgi, if you replace line 249 into _checkIgnore() of PackageFileManager/File.php [1] $path = strtr($path, '\\', '/'); By previous lines (present in v1.6.3)
if (file_exists($path)) {
$path = realpath($path);
}
All will run fine for Windows users ... uhm ... Window user (me) !
Laurent
Happy to use again PFM with its CVS plugin
