Made several improvements based on comments received:
* Use HTTP_Request2 in lieu of curl directly
* Added ability to set a custom HTTP_Request2 adatper
* Separated account related concerns into a new Services_Scribd_Account
class
* Added and updated unit tests to get 100% code coverage
* Cleaned up the doc blocks
