Hello all, I have modified my concept and instead of implementing a "raw mode" I have implemented a "defensive mode". The implementation is now working, defensive mode is default: When an existing file is opened, modified and saved only the parts of the ODT-archive are updated which have been touched (practically, the rest of the ZIP remains as it is); when a new document is created the same approach is applied with the template file (default.odt) being taken as the "original" which is being updated. I will update some other parts of the implementation to ensure that updating the content of the ODT is "as defensive as possible", leaving the XML-data and XML-structure as it is when replacing text or parts of a text only. When I'm done I would love to provide my changes to the PEAR project as version 0.2.0 of OpenDocument, if that's alright. I hope you will approve and will give me feedback soon.
