I don't think the XML_RPC2 package should have a driver architecture for
switching the HTTP layer. HTTP_Request2 already does that.
XML_RPC2 currently has a driver architecture for using the xmlrpc
extension or using native PHP. I think making the native PHP version use
HTTP_Request2 would be a nice improvement, but you should get approval
from Sergieo before doing all the work.
