Uhm, in everyone's minds, how does pear svntag work?
This:

becomes:

But what about:
- pearweb (multiple packages, 1x directory) - suggest merging back into
one uberpackage
- validate (multiple packages too) - suggest splitting into different
directories (Validate_XYZ, Validate_XXY, Validate)
- any others?
