A colleague here at work tried to sign up for the dev list via http://pear.php.net/support/lists.php, but never got a subscription confirmation request. He tries multiple times with multiple providers. He was able to subscribe directly (pear-dev-subscribe@lists.php.net). I'm happy to help look into this, but not sure what drives this page.
