Hi all,
I think now that php.net switched from cvs to svn, we should migrate
our pear-specific svn.pear.php.net to the official php.net svn server.
Benefits would be centralized account karma handling via avail files as
we know it, and backups - plus we get smart php.net people caring for
it, instead of having the burden of our own.
