I was hoping this is a single trivial patch to pearweb. Who's got the
karma to do it and deploy? I know Christian won't be around for 2
weeks, or so. So someone else from the group needs to step in. ;-)

I'd add:
* pear svntag, or at least offer a short howto for all developers on
how to create the tag manually (I know it's trivial, still.)
