[PEPr] Comment on Logging::Logging with reCAPTCHA authentication

Hey, I think we're looking for slightly different code in PEAR. :) Maybe you want to re-propose this code as a driver/plugin to e.g. LiveUser or one of the following: http://pear.php.net/packages.php?catpid=1&catname=Authentication&php=all I'd also suggest you use Services_reCaptcha. I could also see a HTML_QuickForm2 extension which supports a captcha (Haven't looked if there is one already, so please double-check!). Generally, PEAR is a code library (the name can be misleading) which includes highly flexible code/packages that help other developers.
