I'm happy to help. Count this simply be a cron issue?
We discussed this on irc with cweiske some time ago. It's a cron that update the proposal statuses indeed (pearweb/cron/pepr.php) but I don't think it's a cron issue, I'd bet on a time() comparison problem, I guess we should log/dump what's happening on the server but I don't have access to it. Maybe someone who has some time and shell access could put some dumps in the above script and see what's happening ?
I looked into it, simple function re-declared issue which has been fixed.
So this is happening again (HTTP_OAuth is stuck in "called for votes"). Can someone with access take a look at the logs? Thanks, Bill
