Just for future reference - the information on the PEAR2 package
directory structure is here:

And the generate-pear2 command in pyrus, is very nice to use:
pyrus.phar generate-pear2 MyPackage
will generate the entire package layout for a PEAR2 package.

All you need to do is place your code within the Main.php file, then
run pyrus.phar make to update the package.xml and pyrus.phar packge to
create the release.
