Hi Nurul,
According to http://pear.php.net/package/Services_Ebay, it
seems that the
package is in need of a complete rewrite in order to work. As such, I think
the best route to take would be to rewrite it and propose it as a pear2
package. Another option would be to post patches to bug reports so others
can review, and if they look good, someone ought to be able to set you up
with access.
