We usually sit on stuff for a month; forget about it for another 9 months,
and in a fit of activity and red-tapery, ponder actually doing something.
I've got a bunch of todos (Net_DNS, Crypt_RSA, PHPExcel, Net_GeoIP,
Math_Vector, etc) to look up later.
