Well I need to be able to store data in the config file which is binded
to a php array, I don't really care how's it's stored. For example I
have a parameter called supperted_languages and I want it to be an array
of languages $langs = array("us", "de"). I want to be able to do
getValue setValue and maintain it as an array without going into the
trouble of going into the trouble of breaking it up and saving it as
it's individual elements. I know this is a bit ocword for an .ini file
but I think it's really important functionallity and shouldn't be
omitted.

What do you mean with array-support?
something like:
key=value1, value2, value3 ...
I've never see such things in existing configuration files.
