"latest" documentation link stale

I've noticed that the "latest" documentation link is stale. For example,
the Services_Twitter latest link shows 0.5.0 instead of the current 0.6.2
documentation. I just closed a bug that was based on an outdated example.
Does anyone know off the top of their head where this needs to be fixed? If
not, I can investigate.
