Hi all,
I contacted Jetbrains and applied for a Open source developer license
of PHPstorm, their PHP IDE.
All PEAR developers are entitled to use the PHPstorm IDE for free for
hacking on PEAR projects.
Download is at http://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/download/
and the
license can be gotten from any of the pear group members.
