Several things play a role here: 1. I have a family and a 3 months old son. I spent quite a lot of time with them. 2. To make a living, I have to work. I leave home at 7:30 in the morning and come back at 19:30 in the evening. That's a lot of time because I have to commute by train every day; 1 hour to work and 1 hour back. 3. I created a website for my cousin in the last three months which also took a lot of time. 4. There are other spare time projects I work on, i.e. house automation, SemanticScuttle and other tools that are available on http://git.cweiske.de/ . PEAR is one of them.
