Absolutely NO! According to the standards don't use directories that hold other packages.
All packages must be in the root. Every package is a loose component that may rely on other
packages, but they're not grouped in a directory.
And beside that, find the package that you want would be a hell because you don't now under
which directory the package is located.
Anyhow, it's already commited in SOAP_Google..
