Proposal for HTML :: HTML_QuickForm2_Renderer_Smarty

Hi, I have had this as a proposal for a week or two and would like to take this further. Has anyone got comments good/bad about it ? It is something that I have been using for a year or so in a few projects of my own. I have made a minor tweak to increase flexibility and put in enough documentation - in the form of full examples - that will allow users to get up & running quickly.
