PHP_CompatInfo 2.0.0RC3++ - adds support of multiple reports

PHP_CompatInfo 2.0.0RC3++ adds support of multiple reports Just to tells to all users waiting for this feature, that is already available on my github repo/account [1]. You can download a ZIP [2] or tarball [3]. But don't forget at least the "cfg_dir" replacement in CLI.PHP file if you want to use default XML config file without trouble. This change was made with disconcerting ease. I would like to mention help of David [izi] to allow me to add it in few minutes. I love Console_CommandLine more and more each day I use it (and try a new feature).
