Thanks everyone for the positive reception. I'll move it to Proposal status
once I run another iteration of phpcs on it.
Exciting developments in Mercurial 1.9 due out on 1 July: instead of
wrapping the cli, 1.9 will introduce a Command Server with which a (php)
client can talk via TCP sockets. I intend to leave VersionControl_Hg as is
by wrapping a cli. However, I'm already dreaming of VersionControl_Hg2, on
PEAR2, with sockets and PHP 5.3 goodness baked in.
