Hi,
I'm one of contributor of Openpear, and I have some packages
categorized in "Wozozo".
http://openpear.org/maintainer/koyhoge
In Openpear, "Wozozo" is joke category like Acme in CPAN.
In beginning, Wozozo was developed for internal debugging categories.
Package names
beginning with Wozozo_ was not listed in the top. Some developers know
that this started to
register JOKE packages.
"Wozozo" means nothing, the nickname of "nequal" member.
It is wrong assertion that openpear's category is sloppy with this reason.
In this regard, I wrote blog article.
