Yes very sorry about this, I've been traveling a lot and been very busy. I've just pushed a release of Net-URL2 stable now so if you could all try it that'd be neat :)
Sorry, a couple of problems can be seen at once: * The package should have version 2.0.0, not 1.0.0, per http://pear.php.net/manual/en/rfc.version-naming.standard.php * Unit tests are not installed with the package so it is a bit difficult to check it.

Let me see what can be done tomorrow. Most bugs are fixed and I'll verify if the tests all pass.
Two weeks worth of tomorrows passed and I didn't notice any movement. Any new time estimates?

I'm considering making Net_URL2 stable once the last bug is fixed. Has anyone noticed anything unusual and would like to chime in before this happens?
Any updates on this? I'd really like to push a stable release of HTTP_Request2, since RC1 had only one bug reported in 5 months and 28k downloads.
