Hello all, I've improved again with last commit [1], how PHP version detection evolved with different function arguments usage. Remember bug fix 18881 [2]. I've fixed all references I know about functions that have optional arguments with different version than the function itself. See [3] If you think I've missed some functions in current PHPCI references, please feel free to notice me. Example of definition in reference file 'nl2br' => array('4.0.0', '', '4.0.0, 5.3.0'), First is php min version (4.0.0) Second is php max version (none here) Third is arguments list with their versions ($string 4.0.0, $is_xhtml 5.3.0) Thanks and Enjoy Laurent Laville [1] https://github.com/llaville/php-compat-info/commit/bb0ed4a2bd38f83cea021791ac87ea6248ee7642 [2] http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=18881 [3] https://github.com/llaville/php-compat-info/commit/c6937fe499861b86a0ad0baa1a4c97c4c0c6fa29
