Who still use PHP_CompatInfo 1.x

Hello all, I'm always surprised to see old version continue to live, when there is a new one. Especially when the new one, add more features, reduce complexity, and support more PHP versions. PHP_CompatInfo branch 1 (1.9.0) has been superseded by PHP_CompatInfo branch 2. Only one question : is the PHP_CompatInfo branch 1 still maintain by Mikhail Krasilnikov (mekras) ?
