Hi Folks,
I built a local channel mirror, and the local site is working on apache2.
here is the modified channel.xml for mirror:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<channel version="1.0" xmlns="http://pear.php.net/channel-1.0"
xmlns:xsi="
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="
http://pear.php.net/channel-1.0
http://pear.php.net/dtd/channel-1.0.xsd">
<name>corneltek_local.dev</name>
<summary>Corneltek PEAR channel</summary>
<suggestedalias>corneltek_local</suggestedalias>
<servers>
<primary>
<rest>
<baseurl type="REST1.0">http://corneltek_local.dev/rest/
</baseurl>
</rest>
</primary>
</servers>
</channel>
but when I do discover, which shows:
$ sudo pear channel-discover corneltek_local.dev
Discovering channel corneltek_local.dev over http:// failed with message:
channel-add: adding Channel "corneltek_local.dev" to registry failed
Trying to discover channel corneltek_local.dev over https:// instead
Discovery of channel "corneltek_local.dev" failed (channel-add: Cannot open
"https://corneltek_local.dev/channel.xml"
(Connection to
`corneltek_local.dev:443' failed: Connection refused))
but corneltek_local.dev is working on port 80, works fine for browser.
