That's pretty much the latest version. The php CVS tree contains the latest
copies of the DB classes. See http://php.net/anoncvs.php
for anonymous CVS
instructions.

Generally if you post your patches here or make them available via the web,
the PEAR community reviews the changes and accepts or rejects the patch.
