pear/OLE, Travis CI

Hello there, I'd like to take over maintenance of pear/OLE, as I already maintain a closely related Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer, and there are some PHP 7.3-related bugs which need to be fixed. Also, is there any chance I can get Travis CI running on pear/OLE and pear/Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer?
