Net_IRC preview

Hi, I was coding on the Net_IRC class, here is the preview for those interested in following the development: http://vulcanonet.com/soft/Net_IRC-0.0.1.tgz There are two sample applications under the expamples directory, one is a rustic console irc client (need the pnctl extension to run) and the other is a bot which copies the data comming from one channel to another located in different nets (it's running now as "net_irc" joining the #pear channel in both Efnet and Openprojects). Please do not be rude, it's just a test implementation and I know that has a bounch of things missing :-) Cheers, Tomas V.V.Cox
